: Barbara Hauser is an internationally recognized lawyer in the field of international estate planning. She is Special Counsel at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft (New York and London) and Visiting Scholar of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School, Ms. Hauser has had an active private client practice for more than twenty years. A graduate of Wellesley College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, she was a Senior Partner in Maslon Edelman Borman and a Principal of Gray Plant Mooty, where she chaired the international private client services practice group. She developed an international estate planning practice working with multi-national corporations and individuals, in Europe, England and Japan.
