[Guardianship Law]The new version of the guardianship law considers, in addition to some changes to legal regulations, the jurisprudence and the literature that has been published over the last few years. The large number of new decisions in care cases in particular has necessitated the fundamental revision of §§ 1835 to 1836e, which regulates reimbursements and compensation for guardians and carers.
