Literature for English is a five-book literature-based reading program for students who need to improve their basic English skills. Reading the Selection guides students through the material in small, easy-to-digest sections with modeling strategies, graphic organizers, and critical thinking. Check Your Understanding contains the answers to the student comprehension check. Understanding the Story provides suggestions for teaching the grammar highlighted in the exercises. Studying the Story and Thinking About Literature expands these sections in the student books.
